Consecration Sunday 2014

Sunday, Nov. 15 is our annual Consecration Sunday, the day when congregation members and friends present their estimates of giving for 2016 and re-commit ourselves to living lives of stewardship and generosity.

On that morning, we have just one worship service at 9:30 AM.

Sunday school classes will not meet, though the nursery and Kids Korner are available.

Our service that morning will feature presentations by nearly all of the Collegiate/Wesley Choirs. In addition, we’ll celebrate Dr. Carl Bleyle’s 50th anniversary of being on staff at Collegiate/Wesley as the organist. It’s a beautiful, creative service and you’ll definitely enjoy it.

Following the service, join us in Wesley Hall for a free lasagna meal! All are welcome!

Special notes:

  • If you are brand new to Collegiate/Wesley, be sure to join us. It’s a great day to experience many of the music ministries at our church. You will not be obligated or pressured in any way to make a pledge for 2016.
  • If you did not receive or misplaced your Estimate of Giving card, please contact the office (292-6936).
