It allows you a place to, upon entering, let go of things of this world, at the center sit quietly with the presence of God, and upon leaving pick up only those things necessary for the journey. The Labyrinth will be available to walk at the Annex Auditorium, from 11 AM – 8 PM on Wednesday thru Friday of Holy Week. From 6-8 PM there will someone there if you have questions. Saturday it will be available from 9 AM to noon. A group walk will take place at 11 AM Saturday, just before taking the Labyrinth down.

Completed Events

Palm Sunday Worship

Sunday, April 13, 8:30 & 11:00 AM

This service will feature the final sermon in the current sermon series, The Devilish Dialogues. In addition, you are invited to bring a child’s light jacket/coat to donate. We’ll be donating the coats to the Ames school district’s homelessness program as well as to other agencies. Sizes 5 thru teen sizes preferred, new or gently used. The coats will be placed on the altar as part of the worship service.

Thursday Worship: “Jesus Walked This Lonesome Valley”

8:00 p.m., April 17, Sanctuary
The night before Jesus’ death found the disciples gathering in an upper room for what would be their last supper with him. The events of that night would cause them to be flooded with memories of their experiences with him over the previous three years. These memories will set the stage for our observation of the Sacrament of Holy Communion to close the worship service.
